By accessing or using Claimix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claimix provides an autoclaim service for Discord support tickets. We help users claim support tickets in Discord servers using automated, human-like behaviour. The Service requires you to provide your Discord credentials (token) for the autoclaim functionality to work.

3. Account and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and Discord token. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Developer Policy
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
